A centre in Thornton set up by Wyre Council to provide lateral flow Covid tests to workers will open for longer hours from next week.
Wyre Council has approached fellow local authorities in Blackpool, Fylde, Lancaster and Ribble Valley to start ‘a conversation’ about whether a single council should serve the five areas.
