The top of Blackpool Tower has been forced to close again due to wind speeds picking up again and is being monitored.
The ballroom, circus and dungeons have been open throughout the weekend at the Tower as Storm Boelo rattled in but the weather was too bad for the top of the tower to be open.
A spokesperson for Blackpool Tower said: “The Tower Top was closed over the weekend.

“It reopened this morning but has since closed due to wind speeds picking up.
“The team are closely monitoring weather conditions and will let guests know when it reopens.
The storm rattled through the resort over the weekend, bringing trees down, causing damage to buildings on the seafront, disrupting rail and travel services and generally causing misery for many.
It was the first weekend of half term meaning the resort was busy as tourists packed in to enjoy what the town has to offer.
