'Number of issues identified' - Blackpool Transport update on bus and tram services amid damage and disruption
More travel disruption across the Fylde coast amid Storm Boelo impact.
Blackpool’s tram services are facing continued disruption on Monday, October 26, after severe weather caused damage to the tramway.
Blackpool Transport said a number of issues had been identified across the network, with repairs expected to take time.
Damage has been found to overhead lines in several locations, but the full inspection and repair work cannot begin until wind speeds reduce further.

Tram stop shelters have also been damaged, while debris needs to be cleared from the tracks.
Blackpool Transport said it would provide updates throughout the day and hoped to resume tram services as soon as all repairs had been completed.
Meanwhile, bus services are expected to return to normal running from the start of service on Monday.
Blackpool Transport apologised for the inconvenience caused by the disruption.
