Lytham Hall has been forced to close today after suffering ‘substantial damage’ to its parkland area caused by Storm Boelo.
The popular site joins a growing list of attractions which have been forced to close today, alongside the North Pier and Blackpool Zoo.
Bosses at Lytham Hall confirmed that they would not reopen until Monday. They said: “Due to dangerous wind & storm conditions we have taken the tough but responsible decision to close the entire Lytham Hall site today.

Overnight there has been substantial damage to the parkland and it is important to ensure that the public are safe at all times. The amber warning wind gusts are predicted for the rest of the day during what would be our usual opening hours.
“We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to welcome you back tomorrow when the weather has calmed down.
Storm Boelo has caused widespread damage to the Fylde coast. The New Philly bar in Blackpool had its roof blown off last night, street lights and signs have been blown over, and the Illuminations tableauxs have had sections collapse due to high winds.
