Blackpool Transport has issued a major update on its tram and bus services after severe weather caused widespread disruption across the network yesterday.
All Blackpool Transport buses and trams will resume their normal services today after a ‘significant improvement’ in weather conditions overnight.
Yesterday, Storm Beolo forced the operator into suspending the tramway, with bus services diverted away from the promenade due to severe weather.

A spokesperson for Blackpool Transport added: “Our teams will continue to monitor the weather conditions throughout the day, please check the service updates page on our website and app for the latest travel information.”
