Poulton's independent coffee brand Ottie opens second store at Sargent Fitness at Blackpool Enterprise Zone
The arrival of Ottie forms part of the latest development of the Sargent Fitness space, following a major refurbishment designed to elevate the member experience and create a new social space around training.
A Fylde coast coffee brand has launched a second shop less than a year after opening.
Independent coffee brand Ottie has opened its second location inside Sargent Fitness, less than a year after launching its first coffee shop in Poulton.
Ottie opened its first home on Blackpool Old Road in November 2025 and officially opened its new location on Monday at Sargent Fitness on Blackpool Enterprise Zone, near Blackpool Airport.
The opening brings together two independent local businesses, combining Ottie’s coffee and food offering with the established Sargent Fitness community.
Founded by Jack and Rachel Sargent in 2018, Sargent Fitness is an independent fitness facility offering a more personal approach to training than a traditional gym. Training takes place across two private studios, with coach-led small-group sessions and a strong focus on quality coaching, community and creating a personal experience for members.

The new Ottie location will be open to both Sargent Fitness members and the wider community.
Customers can call in for coffee, matcha and food, with no gym membership required.
Jack Sargent, owner of Sargent Fitness, said: “We’ve always wanted Sargent Fitness to offer something different from a traditional gym.
“Welcoming Ottie into the building felt like a natural next step for us, bringing two independent local businesses together and adding something completely new to the experience we’ve created here.”
For Ottie owner Jasmine Perry, the opening marks an exciting next step for the business.
Jasmine said: “Opening a second Ottie is such an exciting step for us, and Sargent Fitness felt like the perfect fit. There’s already an amazing community here and we can’t wait to become part of it, welcome some new faces and bring a little bit of Ottie to a new home.”
The launch comes during a busy period of development for Sargent Fitness, with its newly refurbished space accompanied by an expanded class timetable and the launch of new lunchtime classes.
The addition of Ottie creates somewhere for members to stay, meet and grab a coffee or something to eat around their training, while also opening the Sargent Fitness space to a new audience.
