We're planting snowdrops, wild daffodils, tulips, and English bluebells to create a stunning display next year
Fylde Rangers invite volunteers to help plant spring bulbs at Hope Street Park
Fylde Rangers are inviting residents to lend a hand with spring bulb planting at Hope Street Park in Lytham on Thursday 29 October.
The community planting session will take place from 1pm to 3pm, with volunteers helping to transform the park’s orchard into a colourful display for the coming spring. The team will be planting a variety of bulbs, including snowdrops, wild daffodils, naturalising tulips, snake's head fritillaries and English bluebells.
The flowers are expected to create a seasonal display from January to April next year. Encouraging people to get involved, Fylde Rangers said: “The rangers are looking forward to an afternoon of spring bulb planting! Come along and lend a hand at Hope Street Park between 1 and 3pm.”

The session offers local residents an opportunity to get involved in improving their local green space while helping to establish a colourful display for the months ahead.
