Creams Gelato dessert parlour unit lease in Blackpool town centre up for sale
“This is for the sale of the physical premises leasehold only.”
The lease of a prime town centre unit currently occupied by a dessert parlour has gone up up for sale.

Creams Gelato opened at 1-3 Bank Hey Street in October 2018 and has been one of the most prominent businesses in the vicinity for almost a decade.

It offers a wide variety of freshly prepared Italian-style gelatos, extravagant sundaes, waffles, crêpes, and milkshakes.
But now the lease of the unit is being offered for sale, ready for a new business to take over.
The lease is being offered at £4,200 per month (£50,400 per annum ), while business rates payable have been set at £694 per month, subject to confirmation from Blackpool Council.
The seller, part of a partnership running the current business as a franchise, says the lease is based on the location of the site, close to all the shops and being in the shadow of iconic Blackpool Tower, adding: “This is for the sale of the physical premises leasehold only.
“The Creams cafe franchise brand name is not included in the sale. The buyer will run their own independent concept.
“The property is currently set up as a dessert shop / cafe with large seating area, fully fitted kitchen, service counter and customer toilets. Big glass frontage with bi-fold doors and level access.
“The property would suit any food and drink concept - dessert parlour, coffee shop, fast food, restaurant, bubble tea and so on. Perfect for someone who wants to start in a ready-made prime spot without spending a fortune on fit-out.”
According to online marketplace Rightbiz, the current business has a turnover of £500,000 and makes a net profit of £100,000.
