The 18-year-old will be a part of Stephen Crainey's U23s squad and has penned an 18-moth-deal, though there is also the option of an extra year.
The Northern Ireland youth international spent two-and-a-half years with the Clarets after joining from Glentoran Academy in the summer of 2018 before working his way into the club's U23s side.
Conn-Clarke is a midfielder that prefers to play on the wing and is known for his trickery.
