The first of those is a trip to AFC Fylde on Saturday, July 11 (3pm).

It will be the third consecutive summer the two sides have locked horns at Mill Farm.

Goals from Lee Evans (2), Tom Bloxham and CJ Hamilton gave Blackpool a 4-3 win when the teams met last July.

Jon Ustabasi, Danny Ormerod and Faris Mo netted for Fylde, who are preparing for life back in non-league’s top flight after winning National League North this season.

Twelve months earlier, it was the Coasters who claimed a 3-1 victory after Jake Daniels had put Blackpool in front.

Ustabasi levelled before Adam Long and Nick Haughton found the net to hand Fylde the victory.

Also confirmed is a match at Barrow AFC on Saturday, July 25 (3pm).

That means a return to one of his former clubs for Pool boss Ian Evatt, who led Barrow to the National League title in the Covid-curtailed 2019/20 season.

The game commemorates Barrow’s first competitive fixture 125 years ago, which was also against the Seasiders.

Ticket details for the matches, as well as updates on further pre-season fixtures, will be made available in due course.
