‘There are job vacancies available for bar staff’
Fleetwood’s Lune Deep pub, which suddenly closed its doors in June, looks set to re-open.
The pub has teased on its social media page throughout the weekend that the pub’s grand re-opening is ‘coming very soon’ under new ownership and management.
The pub in London Street, has posted a ‘look inside video’ with work and prep well underway and is open to ideas for entertainment including DJs, bands, singers, sports and boogie bingo.

They plan to open ASAP and there’s a recruitment drive for bar staff who need to be reliable, happy and positive.
The new management said: “If you’re enthusiastic, enjoy meeting people and want to be part of an exciting new venue, we’d love to hear from you!”

Background
Lune Deep closed down unexpectedly in the summer due to a change in circumstances for the previous management who closed the business immediately.
Last year it was placed on the market and sold for an undisclosed amount to a mystery buyer.
Trading most recently as The Lune Deep, the pub has come under several different owners in recent years, including Smith and Jones, and the Ma Kelly’s chain.
It was refurbished in 2023 and had a licence to open till 4am. As well as an open plan drinking area, there is also a beer patio to the side catering for 30 customers and private living accommodation upstairs.
