Musician Rae Morris at Blackpool Illuminations Virtual Switch On at the Winter Gardens. Rae started playing the piano at four years old and attended St George's High School. She went on to study at Cardinal Newman College in Preston. She also worked at Blackpool FC. She was spotted on the North West gig scene by BBC Radio Lancashire presenter Sean McGinty, who put her forward to perform on the BBC Introducing stage at the Reading and Leeds Festivals in August 2011.
