A well-known Cleveleys bar that helped spark a wave of similar venues across the town has been put up for sale.
The Vault in The Crescent is up for sale for £120,000 and is described as an ‘excellent all year round trading location’ in a ‘prominent position in the heart of Cleveleys.
The Vault opened in April 2022, at a time when many hospitality businesses were still struggling in the aftermath of the Covid pandemic.
Defying the trend, it quickly established itself as one of Cleveleys' most popular and stylish places to enjoy a drink.
The bar occupies the former Barclays Bank building, with the original bank vault cleverly repurposed as an exclusive VIP area for customers.
