Poulton food and body coach wants Blackpool Gazette readers to join in online 'food noise' session
‘Women were literally queuing to listen’
A food and body image coach from Poulton, who took her work to a women’s festival was overwhelmed by the response from women desperate for change.
Kirsty McKell hosted a session, in a tent at Womanifest - a wellbeing and empowerment festival - called Break the Food and Body Coach Cycle.

Kirsty cleverly uses an analogy to focus on how people’s mindsets and approaches to losing weight can become so deep rooted and in a cycle, full of ‘food noise’ that they can never break free from.

Kirsty is now hosting an online event and wants Blackpool Gazette readers to be the first to sign up to the wait list.
“This autumn I’m running an online session for Fylde-coast women, and I’d love to give Gazette readers first chance at a place.
On her website, Kirsty asks: “Is your mind constantly thinking about food or your body? Trying to be ‘good’ and then you're pulled in the opposite direction? If that sounds familiar, you’re not broken.” If that sounds familiar, Kirsty would love to hear from you - be the first to find out when the session is
