Founded by entrepreneur Darren James, Pattersons has expanded from a single Liverpool operation into one of the North West's best-known independent food brands.
He said: "Blackpool has always been a town we've admired. The investment that has gone into Abingdon Street Market has created one of the most exciting food destinations in the North West and we're delighted to be joining it.
“The hospitality industry continues to face significant challenges, which makes it even more important to back locations and communities that are investing in their future. We believe Blackpool is doing exactly that.”
