New Trinity Hospice Superstore next to Febland in Blackpool opens its doors for much-loved charity bargains
“The day has come, it’s been a lot of hard work but we are finally open.”
Blackpool’s new Trinity Hospice Superstore opened its doors this morning to more people than expected waiting to see inside.
Manager Steve Marsh and his team welcomed a queue of people waiting to grab a bargain to raise funds for one our town’s best-loved causes.
It’s Trinity Hospice’s biggest ever charity shop and has taken over the Febland warehouse next to its shop on Ashworth Road.

The impressive new store spans 8,000 square feet across two floors, making it the largest retail venture in the charity’s history.
Packed with quality pre-loved clothing, furniture, jewellery, homeware and one-of-a-kind finds, the superstore offers bargain hunters and sustainability-minded shoppers the chance to discover something special while supporting a worthwhile cause.

Steve Marsh said: “The day has come, it’s been a lot of hard work but we are finally open.
“The clothes are colour coded and we have bric-a-brac, entertainment and electricals - come down and find a bargain, every bit goes to Trinity Hospice.”
Larger-format stores have become increasingly popular with shoppers looking for affordable, high-quality items and a more sustainable alternative to buying new.
The charity’s existing superstores in Blackpool and Cleveleys have already attracted visitors from across the North West, and the new Ashworth Road site is set to build on that success.
The shop is open all day today and daily, onwards.
