Blackpool Pleasure Beach has announced a new Alice in Wonderland themed Ice Skating show for Summer 2026, featuring an all-star cast of pedigree skaters.

Alice: Frozen in a Wonderland of Dreams is a new 50-minute show which caters to all ages as it brings Lewis Carroll’s legendary novel to life on ice.

“I hope this production inspires young audiences to get their first taste of live theatre and provide families with a one-of-a kind activity for the summer holidays.”

Guests to the theme park can watch the show every afternoon (excluding Sundays) for no additional cost in the Pleasure Beach’s Arena, and show only tickets are available with prices starting at £5.

The show’s cast of 30 includes Sofia Pucherova as Alice and former Canadian Olympian and Cirque du Soleil performer Shawn Sawyer as the Mad Hatter.

Alice in Wonderland shares a long history with the Pleasure Beach dating back to 1962 when a ride of the same name opened, reportedly with Walt Disney’s personal blessing.

Speaking on Alice in Wonderland’s importance to the park, Amanda said: “We’re adding the most spectacular chapter to what is already a wonderful story. More than just a spectacle, it’s a nod to our heritage, delivered with the same modern flair that has kept skating thriving here for 90 years.”
