Blackpool man, 29, to appear at Lancaster Magistrates Court after Lancashire Police charge him with theft

The man in question will appear before Lancaster Magistrates' Court.
Blackpool Police have charged a man with theft.
Colin Cousins, 29 of Beattock Place was charged with theft from a shop and will appear before Lancaster Magistrates' Court on 20th November 2026.
“[We] arrested one man in his 20s from Blackpool on suspicion of shoplifting, after officers saw staff from TK Maxx running after a man down Bank Hey St.
“We can now tell you that Colin Cousins, 29 of Beattock Place was charged with theft.”
