I watched Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Glow and Fire Show at Manchester AO Arena and here's why you should too!
Fancy watching Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live?
It’s a yes from me!
High octaine, fun, family friendly, noisy with audience participation actively encouraged - what more could you ask for?
So when the monster trucks roared into Manchester on January 3 I made sure me, my husband and three youngsters under 6 were in the crowd for the not to be missed show.

Following the success of Glow-N-Fire in 2025, which won the Pollstar Family Show of the Year award, Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live™ was back promising a bigger and better experience than ever and it is fair to say they didn’t disappoint.

If cars and trucks are you thing - and even if they are not - this action packed arena experience is impossible to take your eyes off.
This was a treat for a my little boy’s sixth birthday. He was brimming with excitement as we made our way to the AO Arena. He is a massive Hot Wheels superfan and this show was literally the icing on his birthday cake.
His two little sisters aged four and three were equally excited but I’m not sure they knew entirely what they were letting themselves in for.

As we sat down in our seats the trucks roared into life. The scream of the engines inside the arena was something unmissable and even for a non petrol head like me, the sound added an extra dose of adrenaline.
One of my daughters found the noise of the engines a little too loud - but there was no need to worry as the merch stall had thought of everythng and I was able to buy some ear defenders for £15.
The fan favourite trucks - Mega Wrex™, Tiger Shark™, Rhinomite™, Bone Shaker™, Bigfoot®, Skelesaurus™ - competed against each other across several rounds to take home the winning trophy.

Our favourite Tiger Shark™ stole the victory. A highlight for my little boy.
For the 2026 tour they even launched a new truck to keep the die-hard fans happy.
Rhinomite — the dynamite Rhino themed truck. Charging horn-first into challenges, Rhinomite exploded onto the scene with a mission to destroy the competition.
The show also featured never before seen stunts, as well as the all-new No-Handed Front Flip performed by the FMX riders!

There was even a fire-breathing, car crushing robot dinosaur.
The tour is now on its way to Liverpool, Birmingham and Leeds. Tour dates include:
· Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th March 2026: First Direct Bank Arena, Leeds
· Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th April 2026: M&S Bank Arena, Liverpool
· Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th April 2026: Utilita Arena, Birmingham
If you’re thinking of booking I’d say do it quick so you don’t miss out. It’s a great show and one that brings the whole family together.
