Anyway, I knew I had a Zoom workout with my crew at 10.30am, so I got myself up and ready.

At 10.30 I went live, saw some of my team’s faces and we started working out.

The first round was hard work but as the workout went on I started to feel better and better. After it was done I felt brilliant and my day was so much better for it.

My feeling is that if exercise was used more as a medicine people would be much better off. Just 20-30 minutes a day can drastically improve your mood.

The best part is that anyone can exercise. It doesn’t have to be high-intensity or weight training. It can be a walk with a friend or a bike ride.

If we know exercise makes us feel better, then why are we so reluctant to do it?
