Fylde Rugby Club back in training
It follows the move to stage three on the Rugby Football Union’s ‘Return to Rugby Roadmap’, which allows training to proceed in larger groups.
The players’ temperature was checked ahead of the first non-contact session last Tuesday, overseen by head coach Warren Spragg and his assistants Alex Loney and Chris Briers.
Medical and support staff in masks were on hand.

An initial fixture list of 15 Saturday games running up to Christmas has been announced and the season could begin on any of those dates once RFU approval is granted.
Spragg said: “It felt great to have the lads back at the club.
“We’ve been diligently working through the guidelines to make sure we can return to training safely and set the right example for other teams at the club.
“I just hope we can move through the stages quickly as we are all desperate to get out on the pitch and compete again.”
