The Seasiders will be looking to build on the seven points they’ve picked up from their first three games in League One this season.
On the back of Saturday’s 4-0 victory over Peterborough United, Ian Evatt is set to welcome two players back into his matchday squad.
Zac Ashworth is available again after serving a one-match ban, while Ilmari Niskanen and Hayden Coulson could both return after their respective injuries.
Despite this, up five senior players are still set to miss the trip to South Yorkshire, with Fraser Horsfall, Michael Ihiekwe, Jordan Brown, Niall Ennis and Dale Taylor all on the current list of absentees.
