'We can’t wait to welcome you back' - sneak peek inside St Annes pub ahead of reopening
A popular St Annes pub is preparing to reopen its doors this Friday following a refresh, promising live sport, fresh food and a packed calendar of entertainment.
Excitement is building in St Annes as a well-known local pub prepares to welcome customers back this week after a period of refurbishment.
The Vic is set to reopen on Friday, March 20, with staff putting the final touches in place ahead of what is expected to be a busy first weekend.

Teasers shared online show a venue that is being brought back to life with organisers promising a return to the atmosphere many regulars have missed.
Manager Sue and her team say they are eager to reopen the doors and reconnect with the community.
Early previews suggest customers can expect a refreshed space, alongside the familiar comforts of a traditional pub setting.
The reopening will feature a mix of live sport shown across multiple screens, as well as an updated food and drink offering.
New entertainment events are also planned, with live music expected to play a key role in the venue’s revival.
Bookings have already opened for a range of occasions, including birthdays, celebrations and Easter gatherings with strong early interest from locals keen to secure a table.
In a message shared ahead of the launch, the team said on Facebook the pub is “starting to look like a pub again”, capturing the sense of anticipation surrounding its return.
“We’re putting the finishing touches together and can’t wait to reopen this Friday 20 March. There’s lots to be excited about with live sport across our screens, great food & drink and new entertainment events.”
For many, it marks the comeback of a social hub that has long been part of the area’s hospitality scene.

With the bar soon to be fully stocked and pints ready to be poured once more, staff say they are counting down the days until they can welcome both familiar faces and new visitors through the doors.
The reopening signals a fresh chapter for the venue and a timely boost for St Annes.
