CPR given after man was found slumped over steering wheel of his car
A 47-year-old man who went missing during a break from work was found unresponsive in his car and died later at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
Lee McGuiness, of Summerfields, St Annes, failed to report back for the rest of his shift as a tele-sales executive following the break and was found a couple of hours later slumped over the steering wheel his car in a Blackpool car park, an inquest heard.

He was given CPR at the scene and taken to Blackpool Victoria Hospital but died there on April 6 this year.
A post mortem carried out by pathologist Dr Darek Golka found a potentially fatal level of heroin in Mr McGuiness’ system, while there was also evidence of some cocaine.
Dr Golka told the inquest at Blackpool Town Hall that the cause of death was heroin poisoning and Blackpool and Fylde assistant coroner Andrew Cousins returned a conclusion of a drug-related death.
