Massive TV star surprises cast at Blackpool Pleasure Beach show with unexpected visit

Stephen Mulhern paid the cast of Pleasure Beach Resort’s Las Vegas Christmas Party Nights a surprise visit to show support ahead of the show's opening performance.
The popular TV presenter dropped in to see the cast as they kick-started rehearsals, getting an exclusive first look at the extravagant dance numbers and live vocals being prepared for its opening night.
Stephen, who began his career as magician, has gone on to make a name for himself as the host for shows such as Catchphrase, In for a Penny and Deal or No Deal.
Along the way he also struck up a friendship with Pleasure Beach CEO and Christmas Party Night producer Amanda Thompson OBE, who welcomed him back to Blackpool on his latest visit.

This year, Pleasure Beach’s famous Christmas Party Night show takes on a Las Vegas theme and will commence on December 4.

The show features a cast of talented performers ready to stun audiences with a variety of dance numbers, live singing and dazzling costumes - all pulled together for an evening packed with glitz and glam.
Audiences can also enjoy the night in different ways: show only, or with a festive two or three-course dinner, including roast turkey and christmas pudding.
Show tickets (including a glass of prosecco) can be bought for £25, while tickets including meals start from £39.95. Special packages are also available for groups of 10 or more and can be booked through Pleasure Beach Resort’s Groups department, via email at [email protected].
