Man arrested for being drunk and disorderly after reports of abusive and threatening behaviour in Blackpool
Two incidents in quick succession involved the same man.
A man has been arrested after police received reports of abusive and threatening behaviour towards members of the public in Blackpool.
Lancashire Police said officers were first called to Talbot Road at 7.04pm yesterday, August 28, following reports of a man being abusive and threatening members of the public.
Police were then called to Dickson Road at 7.39pm following further reports of a man - the same individual as in the first incident, according to police - being abusive and threatening members of the public again.
Officers attended and arrested a man on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly. Lancashire Police said the incidents involved the same male and are being treated as linked.
