Major update to Peter Kay’s special Blackpool Opera House charity show for young boy's heart surgery
“I hope people will support this really important event.”
Peter Kay has added an extra late matinee performance at Blackpool Opera House due to demand, with the special show helping raise vital funds for the ‘All In for Fin’ campaign.
The much-loved comedian will now take to the stage for two performances on Sunday 27 September, at 1pm and 5pm, with the shows supporting Fin Cormack and his family as they seek the vital heart surgery he needs.
The Blackpool performances are two extra dates added to Peter Kay’s record-breaking tour specifically to support Fin’s fundraising campaign. Peter decided he wanted to help after seeing a news report about Fin and his family’s situation.

Peter said: “I saw a news report about the situation with Fin and his family, and I felt as if I had to do something to try and help them raise the funds. I hope people will support this really important event to help Fin receive the vital surgery he needs.”
The two performances will give fans an additional opportunity to see the comedian live while supporting the campaign, with proceeds from the shows going towards the ‘All In for Fin’ fundraising goal.
The newly announced late matinee follows demand for the special Blackpool show and is set to be a particularly significant addition to Peter’s latest tour. His current tour has broken records across the UK, while the Blackpool dates will bring fans together for an afternoon and evening of comedy in support of Fin and his family.
