Burglary at Blackpool flat sparks appeal to find man wearing 'cowboy hat'

Officers want to speak to a man in connection with a burglary at a flat in the resort.

A number of items and cash were reportedly stolen from a flat in the Promenade at around 1.20pm on March 3.

Police now want to identify a man, believed to be in his 40s, who was wearing a "black cowboy hat".
