7. CM - Bill Perry
Another player filling in, Bill Perry famously scored the winning goal in the 1953 FA Cup final. Originally from South Africa, Perry played three times for England scoring twice.
8. OR - Sir Stanley Matthews
Outside right could only be occupied by one man, Sir Stanley Matthews. A Blackpool and England legend, Matthews won 54 England caps scoring 11 times and now has a an artwork in his honour at St Georges Park.
9. ST - Stan Mortensen
Another legend from the 1965 FA Cup final, Stan Mortensen was the hat-trick hero on the day creating his own history. Morty was also the first England player to score in World Cup qualifying and the tournament proper., with 23 goals in 25 caps.
10. ST - Jimmy Hampson
Blackpool's record scorer with 252 goals in 373 games across 11 seasons, Hampson scored five times in just three games for his country. He has also been inducted into the Blackpool Hall of Fame.
11. OL - Ernie Taylor
After impressing for Newcastle United in beating Blackpool in the FA Cup Final, Ernie Taylor was brought in and played over 200 times for Pool. He played once for his country against Hungary.
12. Sub - Ray Charnley
Unfortunately resigned to a place on the bench due to the sheer quality of the two central strikers, Ray Charnley scored almsot 200 times in 360 games for Pool and played once for England.
