With legends aplenty, here's the Blackpool XI - and sub - that have played for England, in a traditional 4-2-4.
1. GK - Tony Waiters
Waiters made over 250 appearances for Pool before moving on to Burnley. Won five England caps in 1964 and went on to manage Plymouth Argyle, Vancouver Whitecaps and Canada.
2. RB - Jimmy Armfield
A true Blackpool legend, Jimmy Armfield played his whole career at Bloomfield Road and represented England on 43 occasions, before retiring at Pool and managing Bolton Wanderers and Leeds United.
3. CB - Eddie Shimwell
Just the lone cap for England for Eddie Shimwell, who made over 280 appearances for Blackpool having joined from Sheffield United.
4. CB - Harry Johnston
Spent his whole career at Blackpool and won the FA Cup, Harry Johnston played 10 times for England before going on to manage Reading with a caretaker spell in charge of the Tangerines.
5. LB - Tommy Garrett
A miner when he joined Pool, Thomas Garrett fills in at left back with an average of an England cap every 100 Blackpool games. Over 300 games in 15 years at Bloomfield Road to match three England caps.
6. CM - Alan Ball
Over 100 appearances in his first spell backed up by 30 more towards the end of his career, Alan Ball racked up 830 games throughout his career. A regular at the international stage to, he won 72 caps scoring eight times.
