Popular Blackpool cocktail bar Saoko launches epic new menu featuring range of kids mocktails

A popular Fylde coast cocktail bar has announced a new menu launching this week featuring a range of popular classics as well as a new take on playful kids mocktails.
Saoko Cocktail Club, located on Clifton Street in Blackpool, launched their new menu to customers on Tuesday 28 July.
Speaking to the Gazette about the new menu and business in general, Saoko owner Aitor Arbelo said: “This has been going nearly three years, and we still have the same passion as since we started the business.
“We are bringing this new collection to life today, and I hope the people enjoy. It’s a new menu, because of where we are in Blackpool… all of the flavours are connected to Blackpool. We renew the menu every year, and we have been working on this for about 6 months.
“We have a separate menu as well for kids, we have five or six cocktails for them. We are using playful flavours like marshmallow, bubblegum, popcorn- it’s a kids paradise.
“We want to bring something different to Blackpool, we do this because we love what we do.”
