Bold new street-food flavours arrive in Fleetwood with opening of Na-Ash-Ta Rubaru

A new Indian street-food eatery has opened its doors bringing bold flavours and a fresh independent business to the heart of Fleetwood.

Fleetwood has welcomed a vibrant new addition to its food scene with the opening of Na-Ash-Ta Rubaru, an independent Indian street-food spot now serving at 15b Brook Street (FY7 7PZ).

While Fleetwood is known for its traditional takeaways and classic seaside fare, Na-Ash-Ta Rubaru hopes to offer something different: bold spices and street-food favourites.

The interior has been designed to match the lively feel of street-side dining with bright colours, casual seating and a relaxed, drop-in atmosphere.

The menu is built for quick service, making it a handy stop for lunchtime workers, families on the go or anyone wanting a flavour-packed snack without the wait.

Local response in the first few days has already been enthusiastic with curious diners stopping in to sample the new arrival on Brook Street.

With its bold flavours and independent spirit, Na-Ash-Ta Rubaru looks set to bring a new burst of energy and spice to Fleetwood’s growing food landscape.

The owners said: “Our concept comes from the idea of ‘breakfast face-to-face’. After years of hectic work routines and always craving authentic Asian morning food, we realised there wasn’t a single place offering things like Asian-style omelettes, shami kebab, samosa chaat, bombay sandwiches, ragra patties, vada pav, authentic falooda, lamb dam biryani and much more.

“We put our time, energy and skills into our jobs for years, so eventually decided to step away and create something of our own.

“With no interior designer and just our ideas, we transformed a small sweet shop into a cosy cafe where people can sit, relax and foregt the outside world for a while.”
