Blackpool construction firm completes £17m city hotel project
and live on Freeview channel 276
The Whitehills-based specialist in high volume accommodation has finished the Hampton by Hilton Northern Quarter, working alongside sister company Create Developments, which provided the developments expertise.
The £17.5m development, designed by TG Architects, was a joint venture between Hilton, Create, Maven Capital Partners, IP Investment Management and RBH Hospitality Management.

Hide AdSituated in the fashionable Northern Quarter of Manchester, it is the first Hampton by Hilton property in the centre of the city, joining 50 other local hotels trading or under development.
With an contemporary brick façade and fashionable interior scheme echoing the history of the area, the 221-room hotel aims to provide high quality accommodation for tourists visiting the city to enjoy shopping, museums, theatres, sporting & music events, as well as facilitating the vast range of businesses in the locality.
The hotel has a restaurant, bar and gym, as well as private floors and meeting room facilities.

The Covid-19 pandemic created a challenging environment during the build and it is a credit to the professionalism and expertise of the team that the hotel has been finished to such a high standard.”

Hide AdThe hotel will managed by UK independent hotel management company RBH.
Andrew Robb, chief business development officer at RBH, said: “We are delighted to receive the keys for Hampton by Hilton Manchester Northern Quarter and welcome our team. It’s been great to work alongside Create on this project and we look forward to the next chapter for the hotel.”
The Manchester build is the second Hampton by Hilton Create has built, following the hotel on South Promenade in Blackpool, which is currently earmarked for expansion.
