Founder of the school Tracey Bell said she was delighted to have been able to give the children opportunities over the summer and welcome them back for a few weeks of singing, dancing, drama and fun.

And Jessica Bell, senior talent Manager at Scream Management and Blackpool’s Scream Theatre Schools added they hoped the motivational musical number would help inspire school children across the resort to show resilience and be brave, strong and courageous in their first few days returning to school after such a long time-out.

The video of the Scream Theatre kids performing the smash hit song, has become a sensation on-line and has become so popular that it’s quickly become an anthem for the new normal, return to school, with hundreds of local school children sharing and singing along.

Jessica said: “Let’s face it, 2020 has been a hugely overwhelming and chaotic year so far and what better way for school pupils all over Blackpool and the UK to literally “Go Into The Unknown” whether they are starting a new school, a new year or concerned about what school is going to be like following new coronavirus health and safety guidelines, social distancing, teaching bubbles and new ways of learning.
