BLACKPOOL AIR SHOW 2018: Typhoon is bound for resort airshow
Blackpool Air show is set to get a visit from the RAF Typhoon Display team this summer.
The team has published its busy schedule for the RAF 100th anniversary year and included in it is a trip to Blackpool.
The display will take place on August 11 and 12, lead by Flt Lt Peterson and his Warton-built Typhoon aircraft.
He will “bring the noise” to the seafront air show over the weekend.
The team will also be seen over Lancashire skies on July 6 and 7 for the Southport Airshow across the Ribble.
They will also be in the shop window at the huge Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford in Gloucestershire on July 13 and 15.
