South Shore duo lead rally spectacular after opening night

The Subaru Impreza WRC of Blackpool South Shore Motor Club members Simon Bowen and Richard Robinson took an overnight lead in the 2017 Legend Fires North West Stages after Friday night's opening stage on Blackpool Promenade.

They lead by four seconds but there are plenty more stages on Saturday at Fleetwood seafront and again on Blackpool Promenade before the winning crew can celebrate with a champagne finish at the Norbreck Castle’s Hotel Norcalympia Arena at around 6pm.
