Seven-week ban for Fylde second row
Fylde RFC vice-captain Gareth Rawlings has paid a heavy price for his sending-off in the first match of the season against Loughborough Students
The second row forward has been suspended for seven weeks following his dismissal for stamping on Students’ number eight Ben Pons in the second half of the 30-28 victory at the Woodlands.
His ban begins with Fylde’s trip to Hartpury College on Saturday.
