Did January not quite go as planned?

Maybe it was harder than we had anticipated and it was a lot more difficult to find the motivation than we thought it would be.

However, January is now over and we are still in lockdown, albeit closer to the end.

So if January fell on the scrapheap, don’t let February go the same way.

Start today by committing to something for the next four weeks.

It could be running, walking or just cleaning up your diet. No takeaways or alcohol maybe?

Whatever it is though, make a commitment to see it through for four weeks.

February is the shortest month, which psychologically makes it a lot easier than other months to stick to your plans.

Even though it is only two or three days shorter than the other months, you can convince yourself how much shorter it is.

February is the perfect month to start fresh and create new healthier habits for yourself.
