People struggle with the concept of gradual progress – it isn’t fast enough and they want results yesterday.

You see, we no longer have to wait for most things, which has made us more impatient when it comes to those we do still have to wait for.

Rather than trusting the process they are on, people are constantly looking to get somewhere faster.

This is why fad diets do so well in the current climate – people are willing to sacrifice sustainability for speed, and as a result they usually regain a lot of the weight they had lost.

Quicker is not always better, especially where fitness is concerned.

Make steady progress and get better each week.
