Former boss Gary Bowyer, who left Bradford City earlier this month, is next at 6/1, while ex-Cardiff boss Neil Warnock is 12/1.

Among the outsiders are (of course) Ian Holloway, who has just taken over a Grimsby, Nathan Jones, who was sacked by Stoke in November, Kevin Nolan and Paul Tisdale.

Out of left field come Craig Bellamy, Phil Brown, Colin Calderwood and Graham Westley - all at 25/1.

Former players Richie Wellens, currently at Swindon Town, Gary Taylor-Fletcher, Micky Mellon and one-time caretaker boss Terry McPhillips are also on the list.
