Ash Eastham and Devante Cole miss out on places in the squad due to injury with Godswill Ekpolo and Ash Hunter replacing them in the starting line-up as Rosler makes four changes after their 18-game unbeaten run ended with a 4-2 defeat to Bolton on Saturday.

It is Ekpolo’s first start since the 2-1 defeat at Port Vale back in November just before that unbeaten run started.

The ex-Barcelona youth player is expected to start on the right of the back three with Conor McLaughlin moving over to the right wing-back role in place of Victor Nirennold who moves to the bench.

Cameron Brannagan comes in at left midfield role and Markus Schwabl returns to the central midfield role with Bobby Grant pushed back up front as forward David Ball moves to the bench.

January development squad signing from Rushall Olympic Alex Reid is promoted to the first team bench with forwards Cole and Wes Burns injured ahead of this clash against Walsall who have won their last six in a row at home.
