Fleetwood Town have completed the signing of former Queens Park Rangers’ striker Tom Hitchcock.

The 22-year-old has joined from MK Dons on a loan deal which runs to December 28.

He is available for Saturday’s League One game against Gillingham at Highbury.

The frontman has fond memories of playing against the Gills as he scored a hat trick against them for Rotherham last season during a loan spell at the New York Stadium.

The striker has been handed the number 29 shirt.
