“That is credit to the lads in front of me aswell.
“I wasn’t too busy on Saturday, the players defended from the front brilliantly and that is credit to everyone in the team, the work ethic we have got here and the way the manager Gary Bowyer wants us to set up and play.”
Last Saturday was Blackpool’s win of the season after losing at Bradford City on the opening day and at Wigan Athletic in the Carabao Cup.
“It has been very positive the way we have gone about it, the way we have played,” Allsop said.

“It was good to get that win under our belt against MK Dons.
