Rosler wants Town's players to go the extra mile
Town have already surpassed their highest League One points tally and sit second in the table ahead of today’s clash against AFC Wimbledon at Highbury.
Today’s visitors are 12th and mounting a late play-off push, buoyed by a 2-0 midweek win over MK Dons.

Hide AdThough his men have only lost once in their last 20 outings Rosler stressed the need to keep improving with all nine of their next opponents having something to play for.
He said: “It is very dangerous to evaluate a season with nine to 10 games to go.
“We just need to get our heads down and assess the season at the end when we know what we have achieved.
“Then we can say who has had a fantastic season; a lot of them are having a very strong season and I hope it continues.

Hide Ad“In the final 10 games of the season you need to find some sort of energy; it is about willpower, mentality.
“Teams have to play for something and we need to go the extra yard; there are a lot of teams playing for a lot.”
Rosler was again coy regarding injuries with Ash Eastham and Devante Cole joining Jimmy Ryan, Martyn Woolford, Wes Burns and Nathan Pond in the treatment room.
Godswill Ekpolo got his first start since November in the 1-0 win at Walsall as Rosler says Town need to keep going.

Hide AdHe said: “We have had this (18-game) unbeaten run and one defeat in 20 league games speaks for itself.
“We are quite hampered by players missing but players step up and they need to continue now as do the players who have played every game.”
