Fleetwood Town confirm Daniel Batty signing from Hull City

Fleetwood Town have confirmed the signing of Daniel Batty on a deal until the end of the season from Hull City.

The midfielder joins on a short term permanent deal, having played 13 times this campaign for the Tigers.

Batty came through the ranks at Hull and featured regularly for City last season in the Championship.

The 23-year-old is Simon Grayson's first signing as Fleetwood Town boss and featured recently against the Cod Army, in the 3-2 Papa Johns Trophy defeat.
