Hide AdSpeaking during an online fans forum, the Town boss said: “I’ve not been in the dugout for a bit now. I’ve missed it.
“Normally it’s Soccer Saturday, opening a can of beer at about five to three, watching all the results come in!
“It’s going to be really exciting at the weekend, it’s just a shame that there won’t be any supporters in at Highbury.
“What we want to do is get back to winning ways.
“We want to show passion, desire and having people giving everything that is required to go and win a football match.

“If we go and nick a 1-0 in the last minute off somebody’s backside, I think everyone will be equally happy and we can move to the next game.
“Let’s really embrace the last 21 games of the season.
“There’s been negativity because of the results but we’ve now got a fresh start with us all.
“I’m giving everyone a fresh opportunity and let’s enjoy the ride that’ll take us to the end of the season.”

Hide AdTown owner Andy Pilley was also present at the forum, answering questions from Onward Card holders.
Pilley fielded questions on a range of club topics and also addressed the current contract situations
There will be a host of players out of contract in the summer, as is the case every season for every club up and down the country, but Town’s current boss only has a six-month contract.
On that uncertainty, Pilley said:“The contract status is very fluid and it may be that decisions on options will be made at the end of the season but it isn’t something that concerns me.

“I want to have a say in who we recruit but I won’t recruit anyone without the manager really, really wanting that player.
“Anyone who puts money into a business would want to rubber stamp signings and I’m happy that it’s a collaborative effort.”
