Fleetwood announce pre-season fixtures

Fleetwood Town have added two further fixtures to their pre-season schedule.

Town announced last week that they will host Championship club PNE on Friday July 28 and now revealed they will host another second tier side as they prepare for the new League One campaign.

Uwe Rosler’s side were pipped to automatic promotion on the final day by Bolton and Phil Parkinson’s side will return to Highbury on Saturday July 22.

Town’s first pre-season fixture will be against first team coach Barry Nicholson’s home town club Queen of the South.

Fleetwood will host the Dumfries based side on Friday July 7 (k.o 3pm) at their Poolfoot Farm training complex.

Ticketing information for both fixtures will be announced in due course.
