Dan Batty signs contract extension at Fleetwood Town
Dan Batty has signed a contract extension at Fleetwood Town.
The midfielder had initially signed a deal until the end of the season, coming into the club on Simon Grayson's first day in charge of Fleetwood, January's deadline day.
The 23-year-old has signed a new two-year-deal keeping him at Highbury until 2023.
Batty is the fourth Fleetwood player to sign a new deal in recent weeks, with Ged Garner, Alex Cairns and Jordan Rossiter all extending their stays.
The former Hull City man has been a key figure at the heart of the Town midfield since switching to the Fylde coast, an ever-present since his free transfer.
