The League Two newcomers will be aiming to reach the third round of the competition for the first time in their history when they take on Neil Critchley's side at Wetherby Road.

Harrogate, who will be taking on Blackpool for the first time, beat Skelmersdale United 4-1 in the first round.

"It's great to be in the second round, especially as a Football League club now. But it's a big challenge ahead," Weaver said.

"My first reaction when the draw came out? It could have been easier! But I'm just pleased we're at home.

"We know they're a really good, attacking team and we're going to have to be right on our game, it's as simple as that.

"It's another step up but there's very little pressure on our group and sometimes it's nice to play the underdog card.

"People from the outside looking in will be fully expecting Blackpool to get through to the next round, but if we rise to the occasion we will give ourselves a chance.

"The players have performed well on the big occasion in the past but this is a big challenge. They've got experienced pedigree within their team that have been playing at higher levels.

"Everyone says it and I know it's a cliché, but the FA Cup brings about upsets because it's a one-off occasion. We just have to bring absolutely willpower to the occasion and see where it takes us.

"We're playing a really big club in Blackpool and anything beyond this would just be a bonus."
