The BIG Blackpool survey: YOUR views on the 2023/24 season, Neil Critchley, transfers, and what's next
Blackpool finished the 2023/24 League One campaign in eighth on 73 points.
The Seasiders had an opportunity to finish in the play-offs on the final day of the regular season, but their 3-2 defeat away to Reading meant they couldn’t take advantage of results elsewhere going in their favour.
Neil Critchley’s return to the club didn’t deliver the immediate return to the Championship many were hoping for, with inconsistency on the road being a major issue.
Blackpool were solid at Bloomfield Road, and held the fourth best home record in the league, but just couldn’t replicate that on their travels.
A new style of play was introduced with mixed results. For every strong performance like the 4-0 victory over Portsmouth at Fratton Park, there was a defeat like the 2-0 loss to Cheltenham Town to match it.
We’ve now pulled together a big supporter survey for you to take part in and share your views on the season just gone, ahead of what is an important summer for the Seasiders.
